Job Description

The commercial expert will be responsible for A-Z of the product, from sourcing and ordering the product and getting relevant governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses till receiving it in stock, as well as improving and developing the product for future orders. Responsibilities: ● Control and follow up commercial activities from A-Z. ● Find new suppliers and evaluate them based on price, quality, service, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the supplier’s reputation and history. ● Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in import process (like order registration). ● Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations in import process. ● Analyze the future of global market and provide reports to the management. ● Document control, and making sure all required information and documents are in place. ● Cooperate with the sales department to control, plan and forecast future orders. ● Prepare weekly and monthly report for all commercial activities.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience in related fields. ● Fluent in English. ● Excellent in corresponding. ● Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). ● Good communication skills. ● Good teamwork skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing. ● Bachelor's degree in Commerce or other related fields. ● Ideal age range: 28 to 37 years old.
