● Perform and coordinate commercial activities such as sourcing, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase.
● Follow up customs clearance procedures by the associated service provider.
● Coordinate the shipment of goods with the supplier and forwarder.
● Coordinate order registration processes with the Ministry of Commerce and NTSW.
● Coordinate with banks and exchange offices to make foreign exchange remittances.
● Document control, and making sure all required information and documents are in place.
● Probation period: 1 Month.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm; Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Requirements
● Excellent communication skills.
● Familiarity with NTSW, EPL, and CRA portals.
● Familiarity with ordering, banking processes, customs, and clearance.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
● Ability to do teamwork.
● At least three years of work experience.
● Fluent in English.
