● Identify and receive supplier specifications.
● Cooperation with the management representative in providing the required reports for monitoring and measuring processes and other issues in the effectiveness of the quality management system.
● Pursue obtaining the necessary licenses from relevant organizations to import goods.
● Pursue inspection of goods insurance and transportation of goods and coordination regarding its clearance from the country's customs.
● Prepare documents and follow up on the banking affairs of foreign purchases.
● Administrative correspondence and preparation of Persian and English letters.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of business.
● Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
● Familiarity with commercial software.
● Familiarity and complete mastery of English (conversation and translation).
● Full knowledge of trade principles and familiarity with foreign trade laws.
● Full knowledge of quality management systems.
● Full knowledge of foreign purchasing system.
● Full knowledge of rules and regulations of medical equipment.
● Complete familiarity with MS Office.
