Control and follow up commercial activities:
● Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
● Collecting foreign market information.
● Getting price lists from suppliers.
● Doing Negotiations with suppliers about quality and prices.
● Transport planning.
● Checking foreign currency fluctuations and providing reports.
● Analyzing the future of global market and providing reports to the management.
● Finding new suppliers.
● Check reliability of new suppliers and unfamiliar new sources.
● Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods.
● Doing custom planning.
● Handling transportation of goods from domestic ports to destination.
● Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving.
● Familiar with latest Incoterms & import-export regulations.
● Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures.
Requirements
● University degree in Business, Economics or related fields (preferably bachelor degree).
● At least 5 years of related experience.
● Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement processes, sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing and etc.
● Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
● Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, proactively, dynamism and enthusiasm nature.
● English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office.
