-Preparing Sales Documents for Export Cargoes (PI, CI, PL, COO, COA)
-Preparing Shipping Documents and follow up Cargo shipments
-Bookings arrangement with shipping company
-Follow up Customs Formalities and receiving Customs Documents
-Arrange for shipments based on delivery time
-Follow up Cargoes shipment status
-Customer Experience Section:
-Preparing Customer Experience Survey, send it to Customers every 2-3 months after their shipments
-Check for Customers Criticism and main concerns in shipments and expectations in working with ACE Oil Lubricants Department
-Follow up to meet each customer’s expectations with the sales team and inform the Customer about the progresses accordingly
-Preparing a full detailed Sales Report for each season
-Preparing a detailed future Sales Report based on department Sales target
Requirements
-Full proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel
-Proficiency in working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
-Full Proficiency in English Language (Able to do correspondences and negotiations in English)
-Preferred Skills:
•Familiar with Commercial and Trading procedure
•Familiar with Accounting affairs
-Ideal Age Range: 20 - 30
