Job Description

-Purchase order preparation and placing order to suppliers -Handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents and logistic issues -Getting necessary documents from related company for registration -Prepare documents for import license -Make sure on correctness and sufficiency of purchase information provided -Correspondence, negotiate, follow up and handle all steps of purchases from order, EPL, release, till final result -Manage all processes of procurement

Requirements

-At least 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical equipment market: Manage supplier, Channel relationships, Apply policies, Legal principles and other related functions -Highly motivated -Familiar with NTSW system, CRA, EPL -Being up to date of current laws, regulations and anticipate changes if required in working areas (such as import and custom affairs) -Excellent communication skills, both in Farsi & English -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 30
