Run and manage day to day commercial activities of the business from A to Z
Coordination and handling of all international commercial affairs such as order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers etc.
Working closely with the Board Members and Financial Director to manage key customers (existing and new), thereby improving turnover and profitability
Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures
Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations and responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in business division
Controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions
Translated business letters from English to Farsi and from Persian to English
Simultaneous translation in negotiations
Developing relations with foreign distributors/ suppliers
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in commercial field – foreign trade
Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement, export and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondences
Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Highly Fluent in English Language
