Job Description

● Manage all foreign purchase processes and commercial activities. ● Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents. ● Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. ● Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/ suppliers and resolve any possible issue/ force majeure in regards to transportation or client’s claim ● Manage stock and delivery of the products. ● Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes. ● Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Requirements

● University qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. ● Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. ● At least 1-2 years’ experience as a commercial expert. ● Excellent command of written and spoken English. ● Team work skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Software. ● Maximum age range: 35 years old.
