Job Description

• Responsible for getting quotations and placing orders to suppliers and buyers • Responsible to check invoices and offers • Responsible to follow company's policies, commercial affairs and banking system in placing orders • Responsible to arrange shipment • Responsible to prepare customs release documents • Responsible to report to commercial manager • Responsible to record and keep records of orders and shipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as commercial expert • Having good foreign and local communication skills and full knowledge of commercial correspondences and communications • Having good skills to work in a group • Having skills to manage the required work and job • Practical experience with commercial procedures and permits to be obtained • Familiar with Banking Procedures • Having good knowledge of Microsoft skills • Ability to work under pressure, self-confidence and self-motivated • Highly versatile and responsible • Ideal Age Range: 25 -- 35
