Job Description

Main Responsibilities: - Manage the whole process for sourcing, ordering, importation and delivery to warehouse - Familiar with all commercial terms and communication basics - Knowledge of INCOTERMS & relevant terminologies - Manage the required interaction with concerning authorities to handle paperwork & collect approvals and certificates - Familiar with all the requirements needed for trade, importation and distribution - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and parties - Ability to analyze and verify landed cost of the targeted products - Fully capable of handling contract and commercial process - Familiar with Shipment and custom clearance procedures - Handling different type of payments and Fund allocation for the orders

Requirements

- Academic degree preferably in Trade & Commercial field or English language - At least 3 years' relevant experience (preferably in Mobile business) - Excellent command in English (Arabic conversation is a plus) - Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills plus team working attitude - All applicants will be tested for English communication skills (Reading/Writing and verbal conversation) - Based in Tehran
