
Job Description
- Strong knowledge of import & export laws and regulations. - Strong command of commercial correspondence and communications in English. - Planning and communicating with international suppliers to facilitate importation of products. - Practical experience with MOH and MOC for registration and obtaining necessary permissions. - Manage all registration related activities such as, preparation of registration documents, gathering of Pharmacovigilance and ADR reports; follow up of submitted dossiers with MOH until successful registration. - Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods. - Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering and all other import process formalities. - Registering PI and Invoices in the designated systems and getting necessary approvals from ministry of health and ministry of commerce. - Banking transactions and process for money transfer (TT or LC) and payments. - Supervising the assigned broker for custom clearance& preparing customs release documents. -Complete order processing cycle, review and track all the orders for complete delivery. - Ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time and as per the agreement.
Requirements
Education: - University qualification: Bachelor or higher degrees in related fields General: - Flexible with working hours. - Previous related experience: Minimum 3-4 years. - Team player and result oriented. - Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Self Initiative, Independent and well-organized. Specific knowledge: - Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Good command of English Language - Experience within Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Assurance is a requirement while the candidate should also be well familiar with Product Registration and MOH Regulations - Familiarity with GMP and GDP pharmaceutical regulation.
