Job Description

Your mission at Zarrin Roya is to oversee activities related to the outsourcing process based on the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring the quality of outsourced products in accordance with Zarrin Roya’s standards.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

- Develop quality control policies, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the meticulous execution of inspection processes (Incoming, In-Process, and Final) at contractor sites.
- Conduct quality gap analyses (GAP Analysis), identify risks and improvement opportunities at manufacturer sites, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee product control and ensure full compliance of production processes with legal requirements and organizational quality standards.
- Collaborate in supplier evaluation and auditing, supervise the performance of resident quality control inspectors, and prepare executive quality management reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant and effective work experience.
- Proficiency in quality tools and statistical process control (SPC) concepts.
- Full command of Integrated Management System (IMS) concepts and practical auditing - experience.
- Proficiency in Minitab for statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel for reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and a continuous learner.
