
Job Description
-Manage all cash management functions including cash pooling, payments, collection, account funding, developing policies and procedures; ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash -Produce a daily & weekly cash-flow forecast and maintain a rolling 12-month cash flow forecast with insightful commentary -Manage requests for letters of credit and other debt instruments; analyze requests for loan renewals and increases in equity or debt -Manage relationships with financial service providers and monitor bank service fees and address quality issues -Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures and adopt new policies as required -Oversee maintenance of bank account structure and recommend and implement strategies for efficiencies and cost savings -Manages debt service schedule. Ensures timeliness of interest and principal payments -Treasury budgeting setting, budgeting & forecasting vs actual reporting. Ensure commentary given for any material movements -Managing customer credit as appropriate including sales orders on credit hold and past due invoices -Coordinate and implement financial risk management strategies covering interest rate, foreign exchange and liquidity risks
Requirements
-Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience. -Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus. -3+ years of experience in a similar position in a medium-or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience and experience of managing teams. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for liaising with senior management, operational staff and company bankers and other stakeholders. -Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of Treasury Management systems and processes. -High level of integrity and ethics. -Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
