Job Description

Are you a talented developer looking to be a part of a company as a CTO? As a full stack developer you will be involved in: - all life-cycle phases from page layout, - client-side browser development, - browser compatibility validation, - implementation and testing. You will be responsible for: - the technical architecture, code quality, performance, security and scalability of our product. You are good at solving complex problems and support your team hands on. Over the long run, you will be responsible for building and leading a front & back end development team.

Requirements

Requirements: • Experience in building and maintaining distributed systems at scale • Fluent in at least two of the following languages: C++, Go, PHP, Ruby, Java, Python & JavaScript • Deep technical knowledge in architecture and infrastructure • Strong understanding of all web & mobile based applications • Ability to lead an outsourced development team when required • Graduated from a top-tier University in a technical subject and several years of experience in a lead developer position • Adept at managing multiple project in a manner that focuses the team and drives results Personality & Skills: • Candidate should be a highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented person • Furthermore, he/she should be able to motivate key people in the company • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit, who takes ownership and initiatives with a results-driven, can-do mind-set • Strong attention to details, and passion for seamless processes • Strong focus on data in decision making • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment • Ability to appreciate and adapt to foreign cultures • Ability to work and connect different stakeholders, from senior management, to suppliers, to external consultants • Trustworthy and reliable team player with integrity/honesty • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential to create alignment and commitment to ambitious goal • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • Walks the talk, flexible and adaptable, not driven by ego, gets things done • Over 4 years work experience in related fields
