Setting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Allocating resources for business operations and monitoring achievements.
Analyzing business and planning to identify improvements in sales, margins, cost savings, efficiency, and overall profitability of the company.
Coordinating the treasury activities and cash collection in order to maximize the operating free cash flow of the company and meet commitments.
Providing a true and fair view of the company's performance per company, per brand, per product category, and segment.
Overseeing month-end and year-end closing activities to confirm entries are properly recorded in the general ledger and in accordance with the firm's policy.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related fields.
Knowledge of cost accounting, statistical analysis, financial planning and strategy, executive summary and managerial report preparation, requirements analysis, legal compliance, budgeting, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting systems.
Strong financial and business acumen, including experience interpreting reports to drive performance.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a positive team player attitude.
