Job Description

  • Setting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Allocating resources for business operations and monitoring achievements.
  • Analyzing business and planning to identify improvements in sales, margins, cost savings, efficiency, and overall profitability of the company.
  • Coordinating the treasury activities and cash collection in order to maximize the operating free cash flow of the company and meet commitments.
  • Providing a true and fair view of the company's performance per company, per brand, per product category, and segment.
  • Overseeing month-end and year-end closing activities to confirm entries are properly recorded in the general ledger and in accordance with the firm's policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related fields.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, statistical analysis, financial planning and strategy, executive summary and managerial report preparation, requirements analysis, legal compliance, budgeting, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience interpreting reports to drive performance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive team player attitude.
