Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a food and beverage company with a reputable brand:
Roles:
Prepare and implement financial strategy, policies and procedures, and financial controls framework in order to ensure the achievement of financial objectives.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure proper accounting and be responsible for managing all financial actions of the company.
Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations and make sure about the needs of other departments.
Lead and supervise finance staff such as controller, chief accountant, treasurer, and consultants.
Prepare and present different types of reports based on board and top management needs.
Prepare financial projections and budgets in line with a business plan and get these approved by senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of experience at a senior level in a reputable organization.
Experience in the FMCG industry would be considered an advantage.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software/ERP (Rahkaran).
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and Tax/SSO legislation.
