List of responsibilities:
- Meet key personnel on weekly basis,
- Monitor the smoothness of processes and make changes if necessary,
- Meet clients and supplier on monthly basis,
- Train employees on weekly basis based on a defined schedule,
- Constantly looking for new talents to hire and grow,
- Negotiating with different partners to investigate growth opportunities.
