Reporting to the Board of Directors, Improving HR and beneficiary relations such as clients and suppliers, Improving cost control, Employing new management techniques, providing a fast growing atmosphere for the company and it’s employees. Comprehensive management skills including strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, team leadership, and customer service. List of responsibilities: - Meet key personnel on weekly basis, - Monitor the smoothness of processes and make changes if necessary, - Meet clients and supplier on monthly basis, - Train employees on weekly basis based on a defined schedule, - Constantly looking for new talents to hire and grow, - Negotiating with different partners to investigate growth opportunities.

Requirements

University Qualifications: At least bachelor of Computer Science or Electronics Previous experience: Having the experience to work with Telecommunication equipment, network, and software development companies and also work with governmental organizations, At least 3 years managerial experience.
