Job Description

● Coordinate all executive management plans, meetings, appointments, etc. ● Coordinate the schedule of letters sent to the destination. ● Coordinate and deliver all orders issued by the executive management to all managers and personnel. ● Send correspondence issued by the company to the relevant units, institutions, and departments.

Requirements

● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Familiarity with English. ● Ability to carry out administrative correspondence. ● Familiarity with Persian typing. ● Ability to report. ● Administrative and clerical skills. ● Excellent expression and negotiation skills. ● High public relations.
