Job Description

The CEO Assistant will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. Main responsibilities: ● Establish and maintain office files of correspondence, publications, and other materials. ● Type of all correspondence, agendas, communications, and various reports and any other documents. ● Prepare meeting agendas, prepares and distribute meeting notices, provide attendance sheets, and arrange audiovisuals and conferences/teleconferences. ● Provide telephone and reception coverage. ● Attend meetings, takes minutes, and follow up on action items with appropriate staff. ● Coordinate and maintains the managers’ calendar and schedules appointments and coordinate meeting/conferences. ● Use software applications such as electronic mail, desktop publishing, calendar, spreadsheets, database, PowerPoint, and Word.

Requirements

● High public relations. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office. ● Fluent in Internet search and work with relevant applications such as email, Outlook, etc. ● A person who is regular, accurate, patient, and committed to doing things on time. ● At least a Bachelor's degree. ● At least three years of relevant work experience. ● Ability to solve problems and perform multiple tasks. ● Familiar with coordination and task assignment. ● Familiar with email and other practical skills.
