● Act as contact point between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
● Manage daily CEO diary and arrange affairs which are assigned by the CEO.
● Schedule CEO's meetings and appointments and follow up.
● Coordinate with other stakeholders in order to ensure that all meetings are well organized.
● Review, proofread, and format all correspondence prepared for CEO's signature to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
● Prepare background information and required documents for CEO's meetings.
● Assist CEO with efficient time management.
● Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation) for the CEO if needed.
● Provide support in line with CEO’s work routines and preferences.
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports for CEO if needed.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree is required.
● At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
● Excellent organization and communication skills.
● Perfect attention to details.
● Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful and a good team player.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in Faragoster software.
