•Main Objective:
Be a partner to the CEO and help leverage the CEO’s time by performing various duties based on the shifting and growing needs of the CEO and the company
•Main Responsibilities:
-Directing & Coordinating the CEO’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines
-Being present in events, conferences and workshops
-Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external requests
-Providing support in line with CEO’s work routines and preferences
-Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic
-Preparing Internal /external meeting
-Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master’s degree
-At least 3 years of experience
-Good team player
-Self-motivated
-High discipline and hardworking
-Negotiation and effective communication skills
-Team work abilities and skills
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel, Internet)
-Ability to handle multiple tasks
-Good at English
