- Manage all Incoming and Outgoing (meeting, email, letters, packages, etc.)
- Manage all local and international business travels
- Coordinate meetings with CEO and department heads
- Formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain CEO appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Represent CEO by attending meetings in his absence; speaking for the executive.
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies .
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- BA degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel,)
- Fluent in English (both Written and Verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Remain calm under pressure
- Age usually: 27-37
