Job Description
• MoM (Minutes of Meeting) Writing
• Arrangement / schedule of appointment, meeting, travel
• Managing phones, receiving and transferring messages by phone, fax, Email, post and etc.
• Consolidate weekly reports of other department/s
• Coordinating with different divisions
• Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
