
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies for the Home vertical
Translate high-level business objectives (NMV, PC1, ASP) into actionable sales plans
Design sales playbooks for different Home categories (High-touch / Seasonal)
Design and execute sales campaigns (Category-based / Brand-based / Seasonal)
Ensure positive campaign ROI and prevent blind, discount-driven promotions
Work closely with Marketing and Performance teams to align execution
Manage selling price strategies in line with defined pricing policies
Analyze customer price behavior, elasticity, and discount effectiveness
Balance sales growth with profitability, with strong awareness of PC1 impact
Collaborate closely with the Supply team to align sales plans with supply constraints and capacity
Coordinate with Brand & Seller Development teams to drive sales of selected brands and anchor sellers
Partner with the Content (Operations) team to improve conversion through optimized product content
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management within a marketplace or a complex vertical
Strong understanding of campaign management and marketplace dynamics
Data-driven, KPI-oriented, and analytical decision-maker
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization without full ownership
Prior experience in data-driven, KPI-focused environments (preferably e-commerce
