● Monitoring and evaluating the sales and financial performance of the category
● Determining customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
● Bringing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs
● Planning and implementing planograms for shelf displays

Requirements
● University Qualifications: BA/ MA/ in marketing or related field/ Management/ industrial Engineering / MBA .
● Three years experience in retail and marketing
● Ability to write well and generate reports on market activity
● Possess great negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Analytical, creative, and goal-driven thinking
● Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, word, excel, and outlook
