Job Description

● Facilitating Talent Coach association with the university and gaining university support for the purposes of the employment room. ● Holding events with the aim of increasing employment skills, soft and hard-needed. Using university capacities and graduates from different faculties for the purposes of the employment room ● Increasing the number of applies for job / Internship opportunities and career path consultants ● Creating opportunities to sell Employer Branding packages to companies ● Supporting packages sold by Employer Branding at the university ● Holding regular Café Coach events in the employment room with the aim of developing soft skills. ● Producing and publishing educational content related to job search skills. ● Notifying students and graduates of job/internship opportunities. ● Recruiting students from different faculties to train and guide their career paths. ● Using capacities of the graduates from different faculties for Café Coach events and employment room activities. ● Attracting corporate sponsors to promote activities of the employment chamber. ● Expanding activities of the employment chamber to guide the career path of students and graduates with the cooperation of scientific associations and strengthening the communication channels (Instagram and Telegram) of the employment chamber in faculties. ● Facilitating communications of Talent Coach with the university and getting the support of the university for the purposes of the employment room. ● Full-time presence in the employment room and guidance of the room's visitors in the field of employment and career path.
