Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will be the strategic mastermind behind our digital initiatives, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.

Campaign Strategy and Development:

  • Conduct market research and analyze audience data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaign plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish clear campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Create engaging content across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, website optimization, and paid advertising.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Select and manage third-party marketing tools and platforms.
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, copywriting, performance) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools.
  • Analyze data to identify campaign strengths and weaknesses.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and learnings.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.

Requirements
