Job Description

- Always being update including sales, marketing, trade marketing - Answering incoming calls & Call back - Recording data in CRM software - Sorting data - Preparing system report - Sending complaints forms to sales team - Ordering products - Coordinating with sales team and delivery system - Follow up sales team - Close ordering tickets process - Closing all quality complaints tickets monthly - Receiving reports for changed samples from sales team monthly

Requirements

- At least a BS/BA degree - At least 2 years of experience in related fields. - Call management skills - Anger management - Costumer orientation - Stress management - Time management - Team working - ICDL
