Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct process, business, system, and data analyses to identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to defining, executing, and monitoring organizational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare, develop, and update process documents, BRSs, and other related documentation for implementing new system capabilities.
• Analyze and redesign high-level processes and organizational structures, assess organizational maturity, and propose actionable recommendations for governance systems implementation and enhancement.
• Act as a facilitator between enterprise system support teams (especially IFS) and operational units; design and oversee service portfolios and support team SLAs.
• Identify and analyze issues, conflicts, and risks in excellence programs and improvement projects, and collaborate on problem-solving solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments, design, and deliver training programs related to the IFS system; manage and continuously update training and technical documentation.
• Support and guide users through the IFS service request application and other communication channels.
• Collaborate in defining KPIs for processes and prepare analytical reports for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in digital transformation projects, ERP implementation, and organizational process optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in process analysis, enterprise systems, or ERP.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.

Required Technical Competencies:

• Strong expertise in process and organizational structure analysis and design (especially project management and supply chain processes).
• Ability to model business processes with professional tools (preferably Visual Paradigm).
• Proficiency in modeling and documentation methods (BPMN, SIPOC, RACI, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems; hands-on experience with IFS ERP is a competitive advantage.
• Familiarity with project management, change management, and risk management concepts.
• Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and management documents (experience with Power BI is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills for analytical and decision-making sessions.
