Responsibilities
• Complete management of daily operations:
• Organization and coordination of executive affairs
• Supervision of quality, executive forces and work flow
• Create measurable checklists, processes and systems
• Solving immediate problems and managing unforeseen situations
• Management and implementation of digital activities:
• Cooperation and coordination with external teams (designer, editor, marketing, programmer)
• Management of online sales platforms and digital tools
• Intelligent use of artificial intelligence to optimize tasks
• Implementation of marketing programs and follow-up of KPIs
• Project management and step-by-step advancement of the growth path
• Converting CEO's strategies and ideas into operational plan
• Providing accurate and reliable reports of the work progress
• Independent decision-making when time is short and the output is more important than the method
Conditions and capabilities
• Practical experience in project management or operations (at least 3 years)
• The ability to manage people, organize the work environment and control quality
Practical familiarity with online sales platforms (Digikala, Tarb, Divar or similar)
• Ability to work with artificial intelligence tools (an important advantage)
• Skill in planning, prioritizing and delivering work on time
• Problem-solving mentality and independent decision-making power
• High speed of action, responsibility and spirit of ownership at work
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
