• Sales activity, establishing business plan, Market research, Customer management
• Works and communicates with top managers to effectively execute strategic plans
• Works and communicate with company agencies
• Planning and realization of value enhancing strategies for improved operational and sale performance of SBU (Strategic Business Unit).
• Coordinate of the business units. Planning and reporting documents for strategic performance using KPIs
• Ensure performance goals are met.
• Plan & coordinate SBU members in order to achieve maximum market share.
• Identify new market opportunities, and propose products and solutions to serve them.
• Continuous analysis of the petrochemical or steel market and suggesting new business models/services based on this analysis
•Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm + overtime

• Excellent in thinking and problem solving and creativity
• High level of operating discipline
• Willing to take challenge and capable to work under pressure with flexibility
• Team Working and Team Management Skills
• A high level of personal skills is required to make formal, persuasive presentations to groups and to deal effectively with people from all segments of the SBU.
