Requirements:
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and monitor a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Insightful data analysis capabilities with a focus on identifying actionable business opportunities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience in deriving practical business insights from data sets.
• Ability to define, optimize, and implement business processes.
• Creativity in providing solutions and initiatives to maximize vendor potential on the platform.
• Proficient project management skills to execute initiatives successfully.

Responsibilities:
• Draft commercial contracts, revenue models, and partnership terms.
• Develop strategies and targets for order growth, coverage expansion, and revenue enhancement.
• Take full accountability for the overall profitability and loss (P&L) of the assigned business line.
• Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal service providers.
• Align internal and external stakeholders to increase order volume for each partner.
• Design and implement processes to improve service levels and profitability.
