Business Line Manager – Refrigeration Tools
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Line Manager to lead and grow our Refrigeration Special Tools business line. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market, managing product portfolio, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with distributors, service companies, and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business strategy for the refrigeration tools product line.
Manage the product portfolio, including product selection, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and service companies in the refrigeration and HVAC industry.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve product positioning.
Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the business line.
Support marketing activities including product launches, technical training, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Mechanical or HVAC preferred).
5+ years of experience in tools, HVAC, refrigeration, or related technical industries.
Proven experience in product management, business development, or category management.
Strong commercial mindset and market development capability.
Good understanding of HVAC / refrigeration service tools market is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with technical tools or industrial equipment.
Familiarity with distribution networks and B2B sales channels.
Analytical mindset with strong business planning capabilities.
