Job Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and reach. This position offers a true ground-floor opportunity to join our exciting, fast growing company.
Reporting: Directly to the CEO of UniComs Switzerland
Purpose of the Post:
• Represent UniComs Switzerland in Iran
• Achieve targeted levels of sales
Key Relationships:
Internal: With immediate supervisor, employees in the company
External: with customers, business partners, institutions, organizations and individuals related to the business.
• Maintaining and managing the relationship with our local partner.
• Experience and knowledge of the internal rules of the pharmaceutical area.
• Professionally and effectively sales and negotiation skills to achieve targeted sales.
• Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients
• Increase share of each market sector
• Research and Database
• Maintain an accurate and current database
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients
• Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
• Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both client
• Overcome client resistance/objections to products
• Advise Sales Director of client feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing
• Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
• Achieve sales activities within specified time scales
• Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits
• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
• Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action
• Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities
• Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients
• Handle correspondence related to all selling activities
• Maintain high standard of personal presentation
• Represent in a professional manner at all times
• Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
• Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company’s Health and Safety
• Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record same in line with Company Policy
• Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Sales Director
Participate in all training's organized by the company.

Prior experience required: An experience of total 5 years in sales with a minimum of 2 years in similar position or as senior sales representative.
