Job Description

This position is for a full time job as a team member of consulting projects. The main objectives of these projects are supporting clients to have more efficient business processes. For this purpose we have to provide different type of models, road map, technical guidelines, case tools artifacts and so on. The persons who have this position have to go into details about every aspect of the organization to gather and analyze all the information that is necessary for achieving the objectives. There are some responsibilities for this role: • Analyze business context of the processes and how they meet business requirements • Identify main areas of improvements in business architecture and find solutions for them • Define and document value chain of organization • Identify, map, analyze, model and document business processes • Hold meetings and workshops to identify issues and convince participants • Develop transition plans and manage the implementation of solutions

Requirements

Technical requirements: • At least 1 years of pertinent experience • BS or MS degree in pertinent majors (Industrial Engineering, MBA and ...) • 3-Good knowledge of Business process modeling and System analysis • Being familiar with Enterprise architecture, IS planning and general trends in IT industry could be an advantage Personal abilities: • Prioritize, manage and handle different tasks at a time • Self organized and self regulated • Perfect in team working and flexible about personal manner of doing jobs • Read and comprehend English text • Present effectively in Farsi at workshops and meetings • Constantly communicate and collaborate with staff at all organization levels • Accomplish tasks accurately, make decision responsibly, Think creatively and approach to issues systematically • Develop ideas into projects and then results
