Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Financial Management.
● At least 15 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting management, budget management, or budget analysis.
● Extensive knowledge of budgeting models and frameworks, forecasting, and financial analysis.
● Adequate knowledge and understanding of budget models, operational requirements and requirements, and relevant domestic and legal laws.
● Ability to perform financial analysis, develop forecasts and plans, analyze complex financial issues, and provide options for improving the organization's financial condition.
● Adequate knowledge of financial systems, processes, and controls, accounting, and reporting.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and practice tact, diplomacy, and good judgment.
● Ability to lead, coach and motivate employees in a team environment.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
