- Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Brand activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
- Positively Coach, develop, train, appraise and motivate direct and indirect reports as well as team other team members.
- Prepare and recommend the marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget
- Maintain the day-to-day operations of Brand activity to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Develop & implement brand strategy.
- Confirm and review the results of Marketing Research and analyze outcomes in terms of portfolio performance vs. competition and able to derive clear conclusion and way forward.
- Confirm and review the pricing analysis, Trade margins for assigned brand/category and recommend specific actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or marketing qualification
- Hands on experience in consumer marketing, while managing Marketing Mix of a brand.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, possesses a commercial acumen
- Excellent with numbers and analysis
- Enjoys Project Management skills
- Fluent spoken & written English
- 8-10 years relevant experience in marketing including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
