The Brand Manager will be responsible for the communication and maintenance of the Brand values, aligning market and Brand strategies, providing a clear vision and position to the Brand, keeping track of business performance, opportunities and threats. Brand Manager is responsible for management and implementation of all aspects of brand, ATL & BTL strategies in line with brand guidelines and brands annual plans & budget.
Key Accountabilities:
• New product developments and line extensions in line with portfolio management strategies.
• Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the designated brand's objectives.
• Implement detailed annual Brand plans and band activities in conjunction with Marketing & Sales Plans.
• Ensure all agreed plans and strategies are implemented through direct sales channels, key accounts and distributors.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer researches and generate consumer insights.
• Tracking and monitoring of competitor activities.
• Monitor activities and formulate proposals and decisions to secure consistent implementation of affected plans, strategies and objectives.
• Create and maintain strong customer relationship with key customers / distributors / other trading partners and agencies.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Brand manager preferably in beverages industry or multinational companies
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of marketing preferably in FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Result oriented with strong planning skills.
• Can do attitude with hands on approach.
