-Ensure proper implementation of all sales and marketing projects related to the brand under his/her supervision
-Monitor sales trend, train sales team, and ensure meeting sales objectives
-Responsible for the successful launch of new products
-Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competition, and sales trend, identify challenges, and propose effective solution to overcome those challenges
-Conduct in-depth analysis on new potential products to be added to the Company baskets
-Introduce the new product/s by analyzing the market and propose the business plan
-Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services for a Brand
-Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development
-Take brand ownership and execute strategies to exceed competition
-Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines.
-Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
-Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
-Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
-Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

Requirements
-BS/MS degree in Marketing, Engineering, Management or a related field, MBA preferred
-At least 5 years working experience in brand management or related fields
-Highly experienced in presentation skills
-MS office especially XL operations
-Drive for results and leaderships skills and self-motivated
-Highly creative with ability to think out of box
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
-Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
