Job Description

● Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans. ● Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services for a brand. ● Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. ● Act as a leader and facilitator within the company. ● Develop and implement product go-to-market plans with all departments to execute. ● Make budgeting of sales and marketing based on the strategies. ● Prepare, deploy and implement marketing campaigns. ● Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish. ● Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful plans. ● Provide the marketing director with related reports.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or relevant fields. ● More than 5 years of experience as a marketing manager in similar fields. ● Good knowledge of branding, product marketing, distribution systems, and product development. ● Strong communication skills. ● Excellent organizational and project management skills. ● Familiar with marketing and advertising principles. ● Strong financial mind. ● Fluent in English.
