● Assist MOM, and BOM in the development of a strategic plan for the respective brand(s).
● Lead the execution of communication campaigns and commercial activities and continuously analyze their contribution to business performance.
● Oversee all procedures necessary to bring new products to the local market.
● Develop, executing, and evaluating brand-related activities to grow volume & share of the market within approved budgets and company policies.
● Brief and guide creative agencies on specific projects to achieve excellence in execution.
● Recommend brand attributes to be reinforced based on the brand’s role in the portfolio.
● Support definition of high-level brand programs.
● Assist BOM in the development, and execution of an operational brand plan.
● Support the development of the brand message.
● Develop brand events.
● Monitor implementation and results of the operational brand plan.
● Analyze market research data in order to understand brand issues and market opportunities.
● Ensure that all British American Tobacco policies and standards, and local regulations are followed in order to minimize the risk of accidents, occupational illnesses or environmental impairment.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Marketing.
● At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of brand marketing is desirable.
● Good communication skills, team-oriented, and good influencing skills.
● Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
● Consumer engagement and brand strategy development knowledge.
● Good at data analysis.
● Ability to identify gaps vs. benchmark.
● Military service: Completed or exempted.
● Fluency in English is an advantage.
