Objective: Managing all activities of the branch including human resources, sales, and other day to day procedures Main responsibilities : Ability to build a solid communication throughout the organization Ability to discover new target markets and expand the current market of wholesalers, retailers, chain stores, and VIPs. Ability to manage and educate the human resources at his / her disposal including salespersons, warehouse operators, drivers, distributing agents and office workers Ability to manage day to day and routine procedures inside the branch Reporting to : Sales Director and CEO Subordinates : All human resources working at the branch Other interactions : None Number required : 1 Duration : Unspecified Desired start date : April 1st Probation : Unspecified Working hours : 12 Travel requirements : Occasional short trips within the country Gross monthly base salary : Negotiable Commission / Bonus : Negotiable Other Benefits : Negotiable

Requirements

- University qualifications : Bachelor's Degree (negotiable in case of fully related practical experience) - Other certifications : None - Previous experience : Experience in FMCG related fields, Not mandatory - Specialist knowledge : General sales and market analysis knowledge - General accounting and tax knowledge - Other Skills : General authority and charisma to manage human resources and internal affairs - Ideal Age Range : At least 40 years old (negotiable in special cases) - Gender Preference : Male - Nationality Preference: Iran - Language Skills : English - Current Residence : Isfahan
