Job Description

- Follow alarm handling and escalation procedures where a fault is report to Front Office Operator in Charge, so ensure the shortest possible reaction and remedy times applicable to specific fault categories, and attain the required service levels. - Perform Second line support for the related Network element (BSS, NSS, Transmission, core …). Provide Remote support to all FMs team if required. - Ensure 2nd line Trouble ticket management, fault diagnosis, remote fault resolution, management and control. - Follow the integration of the new elements in the live network, - analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of Node - Ensure all the Change Requests are done within the approved timeline without affecting the quality of the network, and ensure global check-up after the execution. - Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting of BSC/RNC issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science Degree. - 6 years in operating modern cellular telecommunications systems. - Supplier specific hardware knowledge. - Thorough knowledge and extensive practical, supplier specific experience in the area of BSS. - Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests; - 24x7 availability to support after office hours,
