Job Description

As a B2B sales specialist, you will be a pivotal force in our sales team, focusing on business development and client acquisition. Utilize your specialized skills to identify and capitalize on B2B opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and achieve sales objectives. Your expertise in B2B sales will be instrumental in driving our common success.

Number required: 1;
Working hours: full time;

The objective of the role:

  • Raise the total sales numbers in each period, generally each month or quarter.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through email and telephone conversations.
  • Generate tour itinerary and estimated price followed by customer's request.

Contribute to:

  • Work on acquisition for more audiences and trace customer behavior.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all sales activity and results.
  • Analyze and execute data-driven sales strategies.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
  • Collect data on competitors and analyze their products, and methods of marketing.

Requirements

Specialist Knowledge:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in tourism, or other related fields.
  • Ideal age range: 26 to 36 years old.
  • Gender preference: Female.

Other skills:

  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Familiar with the travel industry.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proper skills for formal communication through written text.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in the workplace.
  • Effective persuasive communication.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Maintain self-confidence and stress management at work.
  • Capable of doing research on the internet and following up on the news, (It would be a privilege).
  • A degree in MBA, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or relevant fields (It would be a privilege).
