Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B sales planning manager. This key role is responsible for designing, planning, monitoring, and optimizing sales programs in the corporate customer channel, with the main goal of ensuring sales goals are achieved through scientific planning and alignment of operational teams with the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and set sales budget and monthly/quarterly targets for the B2B line.
- Develop and update sales planning processes based on market data, trends, and sales team capacities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to create alignment between units.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of sales data, forecasts, and preparation of management reports.
- Design and manage incentive mechanisms, including commissions and awards for B2B sales teams.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide performance analyses to senior sales management.
- Collaborate in designing market development strategies in the organizational channel.
Our Expected Professional Competencies:
- High proficiency in Excel (Modeling, Pivot, and Formula Writing).
- Ability to analyze complex data and convert it into operational insights.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and Annual Sales Budgeting (AOP).
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple units.
- Ability to communicate and present management reports in a professional manner.
- Ability to read and write reports in English.
