Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B marketing supervisor to join our team at FIROUZA. As the B2B marketing supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various marketing initiatives, with a focus on campaign design and execution, customer retention programs, and event management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the overhead crane industry.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Design and Execution:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns, both offline (ATL) and online, to target key customer segments and industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, strategies, and metrics for success.
  • Oversee the creative development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Customer Retention Program Design and Execution:

  • Design and implement customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty and foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop creative retention initiatives, such as customer appreciation gifts, loyalty rewards, and exclusive offers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs and preferences to tailor retention strategies.
  • Analyze customer retention data and feedback to optimize programs and increase customer satisfaction.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and manage various events, including exhibitions, trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Develop event concepts and themes aligned with the brand image and marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate event success metrics, including lead generation and customer engagement, and provide post-event analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on campaign design and execution.
  • Strong understanding of both offline (ATL) and online marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer retention strategies and loyalty program design.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event management and organizing successful B2B events.
  • The data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
