
Job Description
Main responsibilities: - Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of insurance company's liability concerning motor hull & property loss or damages, and attempt to settle with claimants. - Analyze information gathered by loss surveyors and report findings and recommendations. - Examine claim forms and other relevant records to determine insurance coverage. - Negotiate or correspond with claimants and witnesses and inspect property damage to determine extent of liability. - Investigate and assess property damage. - Prepare report of investigation.
Requirements
University qualifications: BS degree in Management / Auto Mechanical engineering. Previous experience: At least 5 years of proven auto claims adjuster experience in insurance industry. Other Skills: - Established and maintained high level of positive working relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction with company services. - Quickly and effectively solve customer disputes. - Familiarity with insurance industry’s rules and regulations. - Excellent organizational behavior skills. - Customer oriented.
