Audit Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to oversee internal audit projects, manage the audit team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reports. This role requires strong leadership, deep audit expertise, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and design audit programs and audit schedules
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the audit team during assignments
Review working papers and ensure audit quality and compliance
Analyze business processes and internal control systems
Conduct meetings with departments and consolidate final findings
Prepare final audit reports for senior management
Monitor project progress, timelines, and audit budgets

Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of audit experience, including supervisory experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
Full proficiency in auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal controls
Strong team management, communication, and reporting skills
High level of analytical thinking and decision-making
Willingness to work in Iraq
