
Job Description
Purpose/ mission: To ensure profitable and sustainable market share growth of adidas with franchising by establishing trustful and stable relationships with partners, while respecting adidas (target) brand image in key categories and defined target groups. Key Tasks: To allocate resources per group and ensure effective and efficient, tracking specification, negotiation and implementation of action plans covering, price adjustments, terms and conditions (no specification, range and SMUs with range management and ensure pre and re order buying, account marketing activities marketing team • To ensure reliable and cost efficient supply of merchandise and responsiveness for requests and complaints of the customers • To develop and maintain personal relationships with key decision takers on highest possible levels and leverage own senior management higher up • To elaborate innovative sales concepts and solutions • To measure progress on own KPIs • To monitor all reports • To monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance • To ensure customer compliance with agreements • To report to all superiors along MIS guidelines KPIs: • Market shares • Budget compliance • DSO • Store openings • Implementation support for regional initiatives
Requirements
Qualification/ professional experience: - University degree - 2 years of sales or marketing experience with exposure to sports marketing or trade marketing - Industry: Sports, Fashion or FMCG Computer skills: Advanced level Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Languages: Farsi (Fluent), English (Fluent) and Arabic (preferred)
